These terms refer to sales made through the website www.tzougaris.gr, as well as by phone.

Defects
The company shall be responsible and the consumer shall not be charged for the return of products in case the products received by the consumer are defective.
If there is a defect, then the consumer must within five (5) business days from the receipt of the product send by email photos of the defective product to process its return.
Returns (due to defect) without following the above procedure will not be accepted except in cases of withdrawal.
Wrong shipment
If the wrong products are shipped compared to those ordered by the consumer, the Company shall undertake the obligation to cover the costs of returning the wrong products and to send the correct ones.
If the products desired by the consumer are no longer available for sale then the money for products that were sent incorrectly will be refunded within seven (7) days of receipt.

The Company shall make every effort for the fast processing of orders.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays due to the courier and especially in cases of unpredicted circumstances and force majeure.
The Company shall be obliged to deliver the products to the consumer within 30 days from the receipt of the order.
Delay in order processing
Orders that include products that are indicated on the website as available will be processed immediately.
Orders that include products that are indicated on the website as available “upon order” will be processed after informing the consumer about the period of time that the product is expected to be available.
In this case, if a payment has been made by electronic means and the consumer wishes to cancel the order due to the waiting time, the money will be refunded to the consumer within five (5) business days in the same means of payment used to place the order.
Orders that include products that are stated to be available on the Website and products that are stated to be available “upon order” will be executed after the last product is available for shipment.
In this case, the consumer may choose to separate the order by assuming the additional shipping costs for the shipment of the “unavailable” product as soon as it is available.
Orders placed on business days until 12:00 local time in Greece will be processed on the same day.

Withdrawal
You shall have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days without providing any explanation.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply for orders placed with a special order – i.e. for products that are not ready and are manufactured according to your instructions / requirements.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in case the product has been used, worn, altered or modified. You must return the product in the package in which it was sent to you, with all its accompanying documents, such as instructions for use, warranty and receipt / purchase invoice.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the next day you acquired or a third party other than the courier and designated by you acquired the physical possession of the latter good.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement by fax or e-mail addressed to the Company.
You may use the attached model of withdrawal form, without this being mandatory.
You may also fill in and submit electronically the withdrawal form or any other clear statement from our website www.tzougaris.gr. If you use this feature, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. email) without any delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to submit your statement on the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something different; in each case, you will not be charged for such a refund.
We shall have the right to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods; whichever happens first.
