At tzougaris.gr our goal is your best service and we strive for that. Our shipments are made throughout Greece in collaboration with ELTA Courier at the address you have indicated. You can also pick up your parcel from the respective Courier store in your area upon contact.
Shipping by ELTA Courier is free for purchases over 50 euros. For purchases under 50 euros there will be a charge of 2.5 euros and for cash on delivery 4.5 euros. Delivery will be made in 1-5 days depending on the product and availability (we will inform you about the delivery time and availability by email or phone).
Orders for products in-stock ar submitted by the afternoon (14:00) made on the same day and sent immediately on a working day in most parts of the country. Inaccessible places may involve extra delivery time so in any case we will contact you first.
In case your order cannot be shipped due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.
