The best way to determine the dimensions of the strap is to measure your old one and use it as a guide. The lengths of the straps are displayed for M, L and XL (see diagram for individual sizes). A good strap will normally be comfortable in the 3rd / 4th hole from the edge. An alternative method is to measure the wrist using a piece of paper or cloth. Remember to consider the diameter of the watch.
To find the size of your strap, measure in millimeters the length of the strap and its width on the watch case and the case as you can see in the picture below.
